What happens next

A senior engineer reads your enquiry, usually the same day
You get a written reply within two working days — with an initial technical view, not a brochure
If it looks like a fit, we send a mutual NDA before any technical call
After the call you receive a written scope and fixed fee. Nothing is chargeable before you sign it

Before you send sensitive detail

Please do not include proprietary formulations, process recipes or controlled technical data in this form. Describe the problem at a level you would be comfortable saying at a conference; the specifics come after the NDA is in place.

Already have a report?

If another party has investigated and you want a second technical opinion, say so — that is a two-to-five day engagement rather than a full investigation, and we will tell you if we simply agree with them.
